He advised and assisted with legal aspects of creating and managing websites, including co-location agreements, branding agreements, affiliate and alliance agreements, and more. He assisted companies in organizing and adding value to their IP. Charles has also represented clients in the creation of content, code, and technology. He is also familiar with IP transactions with several foreign countries and intellectual property litigation.

He assisted clients and corporations in a wide range of business challenges. Charles is equipped with extensive experience in corporate acquisitions, vendor agreements, strategic ventures, new entity creation, sales and licensing agreements, and distributorships. He has an excellent knowledge about corporate law through many years of litigating and mediating complex business problems.

While he was the general counsel at Casino Data Systems, Charles oversaw all regulatory functions. At both Casino Data System and Aristocrat, he successfully handled ongoing sensitive regulatory matters preventing future problems..
